The members of the consortium have assigned government liaisons and industry professionals handling the government requirements and facilitation of project implementations using a Public Private Partnershjip (PPP), Build Operate & Transfer (BOT), or Straight Equipment Acquistion, while we package the Operation & Maintenance of all engaged Products and Services.
Training
As part of the package deal, Elias & Co's technical experts shall provide rigorous training and guidance on how the handling is done as well as its Operation and Maintenance.
